About Us

Kathy is the Lead Designer and Operations Manager of CBK Events, a boutique specialty draping and lighting company founded in 2003. By nature, she is passionate about design and loves bright colors, sunsets, and the ocean. Her family takes first place in her life. 

Kathy built her business from the ground up, investing her whole heart into her dream with passion and a desire to succeed as a small business in the event industry. She believes her company’s growth and success are the result of old-fashioned values, hard work, and good ethics. She values community and enjoys building relationships with like-minded individuals and companies, so that together they can succeed.
